Safe USA has been a world leader in hand crafted, custom made powerlifting belts and shoes.  In 2003, I (Josh Hofstedt) was a seven year employee of Safe USA who hand crafted all of the powerlifting belts; at this time I purchased the powerlifting belt manufacturing from Scott Safe. We then became American Belt Co; since 2003, we have acquired the Safe USA name and all product line, including Safe Strength Equipment.

Safe Strength is a quality commercial grade line. Every piece that leaves our facility has personal touches to ensure that our products will withstand the test of time. We pride ourselves on your satisfaction and aim to make customized products an option. We focus our performance research on specializing in Explosive training for athletes. If you get the best, you will be the best. Safe Strength will take you there.

More change; In the summer of 2011 Safe USA sold all belt and shoe manufacturing to the #1 company in powerlifting Titan Support Systems out of Corpus Christi, TX.  The Safe USA belts and shoes are in the best hands with Titans commitment to excellence in the world of powerlifting.

The future; We have shifted our focus to our Safe Strength Equipment line it is our desire to continue providing quality American made products, as we have since 1986.  We pride ourselves in offering a product that showcases craftsmanship as well as its ability to optimize lifting potential.
