StrengthPro Options
StrengthPro 0 Our first level program. Monday, Wednesday, Friday format. Uses eastern European "Super compensation" periodization. The results with this type of periodization are tremendous. Includes clean, front and back squat, bench press, among others. No overhead lifts.
   
StrengthPro 1 Our second level program. Same days/week and periodization as StrengthPro 0. Includes snatch and jerk movements.
   
StrengthPro 2 A 4 day per week program. Reps range from 10's to 3's. Includes pre-season, in-season, post season, off-season workouts. Cleans, bench, squats, etc.
   
StrengthPro 3 Same day/week and periodization as 0 and 1. Definitely and Olympic style weightlifting program. Snatches, C & J, front, back and overhead squats, pulls and hang movements. Considered advanced.
   
StrengthPro 4 Very advanced. 4 days/week, European "Supercompensation". High intensity, high volume. One step up from StrengthPro 3.
   
StrengthPro 5 In-season program. Can be from 2 - 4 days/week. Core lifts include front & back squats, cleans, snatches, bench press and dumbbell work. Workouts range from 70% to 80%.
